ABOUT ME
Heather Chalmers
I have more than twenty years of experience working within the health and fitness industry. My breadth of experience ranges from instructing clients within the gym environment, teaching group exercise classes, coaching sports, including football, swimming, strength and conditioning coaching with elite level athletes, and delivering Level 2 Active IQ Gym Instructor Courses for Fitness Training Scotland.
From an early age I've had a huge interest in sport and exercise. I attended Abertay University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Coaching with Development.
The key to success when exercising and achieving goals is to make it enjoyable. I always take into account my clients' likes, dislikes and will make sure you leave each session looking forward to the next.
